For returns, here's what you must do.

  • You must request the refund using the request form below, within 7 calendar days of your receipt of your coffee.
  • Contact us using this return request form stating your reason for a refund. Be sure to enter your Order Number along with your request.
  • You will be sent a Return Number Authorization (RNA) and return instructions.
  • We only accept returned poducts with our prior approval and that have a Return Number Authorization written on the package.
  • Returning products must be shipped to us within 14 days of the RNA being sent to you by email.
  • After you return the product, your refund will be issued within 10 days.
  • We can also provide a coupon for up to $10.00 to help defray your return costs upon request.

*Terms: Retail consumer coffee products will be refunded 100% of the product purchase price up to $100.00.  Retail consumer coffee products over $100.00 are subject to a 35% product return fee. All coffee listed in the Exotic category are subject to a 35% product return fee, regardless of order size. We discard all returned coffee so there is a complete loss.

Wholesale clients
who purchase monthly have a 100% replacement guarantee for coffee orders. Naturally, custom roasts and private label orders can have very slight variations, and not cause for replacement or refunds. However, we have received over 2500 customer testimonials about our fresh roasted specialty coffee. Those only come from us doing our best to exceed our customer's expectations so we will work to resolve any concerns that might arise.

All equipment returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, if not defective, and must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the equipment. Refund amount will be adjusted for sales or promotions. You must also use the return form. No equipment refunds will be issued if you did not use the return form and the RNA number we assigned. If equipment is deemed defective, you need to contact the manufacturer directly. Any repairs, exchanges or refunds will be determined by the manufacturer of the equipment and not Specialty Java Inc.
