  3. $1.00 or Less: Add a Bulk size bag or a CasePak, enter the code BULKDISCOUNT during checkout. Deducts $6.00 from any shipping choice, including $6.95 Flat Rate option. No limit on total weight. Net shipping is $1.00 or less

Economy Flat Rate Shipping Terms:
  • Economy Flat Rate shipping is for Retail Customers only.
  • Economy Flat Rate shipping options will appear in the drop-down shipping selection during checkout according to net weights in your cart.
  • Order net weight totals are calculated by the net product weight. Example: 1 Large (40 oz.) plus 1 Small (14 oz.) = 3.37 lbs.
  • Sample size packages are not included net weight totals.
  • Bulk Discount coupon orders, enter the code in the Checkout Coupon box and Click to Redeem. Then choose your desired shipping option, select payment method, and then click Continue Checkout button.
  • Address must be a valid U.S.P.S mainland United States physical street address. No P.O. Boxes allowed.
  • Re-shipping as a result of an incorrect provided shipping address will be at customer's expense and at actual cost of standard shipping rates.
  • Shipping methods are standard ground services provided by FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, Spee-Dee Delivery (nearby states), USPS Priority Mail and occasionally USPS Parcel Post for very remote locations.
  • Our choice of shipper will depend on your order weight, location and our shipping cost.
  • Time in transit will depend on shipping method we use.
  • We cannot guarantee to use any specific shipping method when selecting Economy Flat Rate Shipping.
  • Tracking numbers will not be available if we ship by Spee Dee Delivery to nearby states. Your shipment confirmation email will list the method used and tracking if available.


Order Deadlines: We roast on weekdays. Generally, if your order is placed by 8:00 A.M. (Central Time) weekdays, it will roasted then shipped within hours. If the roastery will be closed for more than one normal business day for maintenance or vacation, we will put a message on our checkout system to inform you about our roasting schedule.
Time in Transit: The actual time in transit will vary by the day of the week, the time you placed your order, your shipping location and the shipping service you chose. USPS Parcel Post service can take 5 - 9 weekdays for delivery so please be patient. We are not responsible for any shipper's service delays, for any reason. No exceptions. If you need a guaranteed, insured, specific delivery date, you must order by phone.
International Shipping: We do ship to select, pre-approved military APO addresses via USPS. Customers are responsible to verify the APO address can accept coffee. Some foreign governments ban coffee. We also ship to Canadian wholesale customers only who have their own shipping account (UPS or FedEx) and we will subsidize their shipping cost in lieu of our wholesale free shipping program.
Tracking and Order Status: Fedex and USPS Priority customers will receive a tracking number in their shipment email notice. Tracking numbers and order status can also be found by logging in at the Customer Login link above. Tracking is not currently available for Spee-Dee or Parcel Post services.  Only USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, only USPS is available to you. If you live in Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other US protectorate, contact us and we will give you a quote to ship your order.
Shipping Errors: Customer is responsible for all packages left at their door unless a phone order is placed using insured shipping. Raccoons have been known to steal coffee! Lost package claims will be resolved according to the shipper's policies. USPS requires a 30-day wait before placing a lost package tracer. We recommend using Fedex to avoid delays. If you want your package insured, please contact us for a quote. Customer is responsible for any extra charges incurred from typographical errors made in the billing and shipping addresses.
