We are passionate craft roasters dedicated to specialty coffee. Choose from over 40 unique specialty coffees, all fresh roasted for your business then shipped within hours and includes optional free private label services. Our wholesale coffee clients include brick & mortar commercial businesses such as coffee shops, cafés, bistros, restaurants, offices, influencers, online retailers, private label coffee brands, corporate gift programs, and food service businesses.

Please review our wholesale accounts below. All wholesale accounts orders are fresh roasted, packaged, and then shipped within hours. Only the lead time to slot roasting your order will differ between the programs. This provides us better efficiencies to roast and package larger batches when we can combine multiple wholesale orders of the same coffee.

Our free private label services are designed exclusively for commercial, for-profit businesses. Please note we do not provide drop shipping of your private label products to your customers. Organizations that do not qualify for our private labeling service are still welcome to purchase our Specialty Java branded products through a wholesale account.

For those seeking a private label alternative, we also offer unbranded, unlabeled coffee packages—perfect for applying your own pre-printed labels upon receipt of the freshly roasted product. You can find a recommended label printer here: Online Labels This Custom Wholesale option requires a minimum order of 120 pounds per SKU of unlabeled coffee (equivalent to 160 units of 12 oz bags per SKU). Please note that these orders are packaged only in our standard stock color bags.

*Onboarding new wholesale private label services requires considerable time and expense on our part, with no guarantee of success. New startup brands/businesses using Standard, 7-Day and 10 Day Wholesale accounts will be limited in the number of coffees eligible for these free services. We limit the selection to 6 products from our catalog of 45+ coffees. Each of the 6 can have both ground, whole bean and both 12 oz. and 5 lb sizes. Depending on your business model, a nominal setup fee of $25.00 per additional coffee may apply for private label services beyond the initial selection. Specialty Java Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to respectfully decline private label services to any entity or individual product.
