We are passionate craft roasters dedicated to specialty coffee. Every batch is hand-crafted by our artisan roasters, ensuring perfection for commercial clients nationwide. Whether you’re a coffee shop or café looking to enhance your coffee offerings or a retailer interested in your own private label brand, we’ve got you covered. Our wholesale coffee clients include brick & mortar businesses such as coffee shops, cafés, bistros, restaurants, offices, online retailers, and food service businesses. Please note we do not offer drop shipping services.

Retail prices are listed online by default. Wholesale prices will display after your account is configured.

Standard Wholesale Program (Most Popular)

Specialty Java brand Standard Wholesale Account orders are roasted in our artisan, hand-crafted micro roastery, then shipped within hours after roasting during weekdays, within 2 or 3 days after ordering.

Order Minimum: 25 lb combo of any coffees

Formats: Whole bean or ground

7 Day Wholesale Program (Lower Prices)

Our 7 Day Wholesale Accounts offer significant cost savings and is ideal for food related coffee business that have larger volume and can wait a couple extra days for their order to be produced. Specialty Java brand 7 Day Wholesale Account orders are roasted in our artisan, hand-crafted micro roastery, and also shipped within hours after roasting during weekdays, but within 7 days after ordering. We do not offer drop shipping services.

Order Minimum: 60 lb combo of any coffees
Sizes: 5 lb Bulk Bag & 8/12 oz CasePak
Formats: Whole bean or ground
Shipping: Not included

Custom Wholesale Program (Lowest Prices)

Our Custom Wholesale Account program offers the lowest prices, but longer lead times, higher order minimums, and far higher per/sku minimums. This program offers a wider variety of packaging options. We do not offer drop shipping services.

Qualifying Businesses: Best suited for larger, well-established, commercial brick & mortar direct to consumer food businesses such as high volume restaurants, large office coffee programs, large corporate gift programs, and large online retailers.
Order Minimum: 120 lb per sku (the same coffee, packaging, net package weight, format, labeling, etc. For example, 160/12 oz bags of the same SKU)
Sizes: Variable net weights depending on packaging format
Formats: Whole bean, ground, portion packs, single serve pods/cups for Keurig & Nespresso
Shipping: Not included
Ordering: Purchase orders
Payment: Credit card payments requires an additional 5% fee
Lead Times: 15 business days minimum

*Free Private Label Services for Standard and 7 Day Wholesale accounts are limited to six coffees, but each can include both 12 oz & 5 lb sizes and ground/whole bean formats. Additional coffees require setup fees. Our strategic focus for our private label services is targeted to for-profit commercial business accounts. Considerable time and expense is involved with private label services so Specialty Java Inc. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to respectfully decline providing private labeling services to any entity. All entities can purchase our Specialty Java brand with a wholesale account.
